Wine elaborated with MALBEC grapes harvested from vines located in Calingasta valley (at the foothills of the Andes mountain range), CABERNET SAUVIGNON grapes, harvested from vines located in ULLUM valley and grapes varieties from TULUM valley. All of them harvested manually with a meticulous selection of clusters in the early morning in order to preserve all varietal characteristics
Elaborated at 22 ° C temperature during seven days with implementation of macro oxygenation, after which the wine is left in contact with the skin for 25 days what produces a prolonged maceration and performing a controlled malic fermentation. After making the resulting wine is contacted new French Oak staves for 8 months; subsequently is bottled and stowed for a year in the absence of light and constant temperature of 15 ° C.
It has an strong red appearance with blue edges which gives violet, bright hue; the aroma has notes of red fruits, leather, spices, and the sober company that gives the wood.
The presence of red fruits flavours can be appreciated in the palate, mild spices and sweet tannins that give great personality. When wine is in contact with our taste buds is replete with a full bodied and soft. It is a wine of long guard (about five years), especially to accompany red meats, game meats and also to enjoy a great time.
