DESCRIPTION

Appearance
Mature strawberries coloured with black cherry hues, lively, clean and brilliant.

Aroma
Fruity, mineral, denotes characteristics of Merlot grapes. Ripe red fruits aroma and mica, iodized aromas.

Palate
A good entrance in the mouth, persistent, pleasant, with a balanced acidity and a particular freshness.

Suggested Food pairing
An ideal companion for cold cuts and cheese plates, hard cheeses as Reggianito and/or Spanish tapas.

Storage
Elaborated to be consumed immediately.

steel vats with strict control of
temperature ranging from12º to 14°C.
