Mature strawberries coloured with black cherry hues, lively, clean and brilliant.

Fruity, mineral, denotes characteristics of Merlot grapes. Ripe red fruits aroma and mica, iodized aromas.

A good entrance in the mouth, persistent, pleasant, with a balanced acidity and a particular freshness.

An ideal companion for cold cuts and cheese plates, hard cheeses as Reggianito and/or Spanish tapas.
