Fruity flavour, earthy colour, slightly vanilled, typical aromas of Malbec. The contact with oak gives it aromas of mature black plum, coffee and smoke.
Complex, well integrated mature tannins, long in palate, intense, hints of vanilla and coffee resulting from the contact with Oak.

Grilled or roasted red meats together with pasta stuffed with cream based sauce. It can be also accompanied with other dark chocolate based dessert.
