Cabernet – Syrah
Purple red coloured wine with brown highlights, full bodied, clean and brilliant.
Aromas of ripe black fruit, leather, countryside, alfalfa bale, subtle notes of vanilla, coffee and chocolate, resulting from the contact with Oak, great body.
Persistent aromas, unctuous aroma, typical astringency of a Cabernet, great body, finally appears a Syrah with its typical characteristics. Long finish.

Big game animals meat (deer, boar, alligator) and small game (rabbit, partridge and pheasant).
