Cabernet – Syrah
Intense red colour with brown highlights, full bodied shiny wine.
Fruitedtado, spicy flavors, it hascon notes of ripe red fruits, black pepper, coffee and vanilla resulting from the contact with oak.
It has persistent aromas unctuouoso, astringency typical típica of a de un Cabernet, full-bodied wine, Syrah appears with its typical characteristics. It has a long finish.

Game meats (deer, wild boar, jacarejabalí, yacaré) small game meats (rabbit, partridge and faisan).
