Yellow with green highlights, clean, brilliant and shining with smooth perlaje.

Presents own terpenicos aromas typical from the varieties that compose it (Muscat of Alexandria - Rioja Torrontés), floral and vine blossom, orange blossom, white flowers, fruity, white peach, apricot, green apple, orange and tangerine.

Flavour reminiscent of fruit salad fine accompanied by an acidity that is noted and pleases it, good palate and long presence in the taste buds.

It goes very well with white chocolate desserts, fruit salads as well as an excellent appetizer.

Harvest: manual in boxes of 10 kg. early in the mornig.
Alcoholic Fermentation: Parcially fermented en vasijas de de acero inoxidable (autoclaves) a temperatura controlada (16ºc) y hasta alcanzar 6 atmósferas de presión, se recomienda beber a 6º c.
