It has an intense red colour with violet highlights; clean and brilliant.
Fruity, mineral, denotes the typical characteristic of merlot grapes. Red currants and mazzard berries aromas with soft traces of spices; smoke, chocolate and tobacco secondary aroma resulting from its contact with oak.
The palate detects a good entrance, with persistent round tannins and has a good end.

It is a good company for hard and semi-hard cheese plates, pategras cheese, mozzarella together with dried fruits, nuts, almonds, rape raisins and chestnuts.
