DESCRIPTION

Appearance
Light yellow colour with green highlights, clean, brilliant and shining.

Aroma
It has a fruity, fresh aroma with hints of tropical, mature citrus fruits, apricot, white peach, pear and green apple marmalade.

Palate
Pleasant, the palate detects a good entrance, combining with the apricot and ripe pear, green apple compote, full bodied wine with a good finish.

Suggested Food Pairing
Ideal to accompany saltwater fish with cream sauce and shrimp, or to accompany a table with cakes, puddings, soft chocolates and seasonal fruits.

Storage
Young wine ready to drink.
